As Southside residents and life-long Chattanoogans, co-owners and brothers Rob and Clay Gentry know and love the neighborhood best, that’s why they were inspired to open Hello Monty right in their backyard. Rob and Clay have decades of experience in the restaurant and beer industries, mostly here in Chattanooga. Their enthusiasm for the city and love of southern hospitality is rivaled only by Monty’s.

Our food has a delicious and distinct flavor that can only come from open flame cooking. The custom coal ovens in our display kitchen are works of art.
